Affordable Green Builder in Santa Fe
Bernie and Cynthia Smith are looking for a newer home. It is their first home, so they plan to use the first time home buyer's federal tax credit of $8,000. They are prequalified for $250,000. Cynthia explained they were on a tight budget and wanted to by a home that was as energy efficient as possible. She was not sure if they could afford a home in Santa Fe.
