Foreclosure Rate rises 84% in New Mexico

Realtytrac.com indicates a sharp rise in foreclosures across the nation.


In New Mexico properties with foreclosure filings grew 84.60% from Q3 08. This total now stands at 2,183 filings, foreclosures, and bank owned properties.

The sad thing is, many of these foreclosures can be avoided. But most folks do not realize they have options to sell their home before foreclosure. Worse, folks do not realize how devasting foreclosure really is.
