Once you enjoy the overview tour of Santa Fe with me, many of you will find you prefer to live on the outskirts of Santa Fe. In the NW City limits of Santa Fe you will discover many fine homes 10-20 minutes to town. It is easy to jump onto 599, the northern highway uniting Santa Fe North and South. You can drive downtown for dinner or pop over to Sam’s club in minutes.

The nice thing about this NW area, no fencing allowed on lot line in most areas. This rule allows your lot to feel larger than the 2-5 acres it is. The other tip I like to share about the great homes, many sit on a higher lot looking down over trees and into the mountains. I also rate the homes based on the number of mountain views they have – 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 – Sangre de Christo, Jemez, Cerrillos, Mansanos, Sandia, Mt Taylor, San Antonio Mountains. The finest homes require property alignment and        design to take advantage of our astounding landscape.
