Note this information provided by Santa Fe Association of Realtors MLS. SFAR is not responsible for it’s accuracy and MLS may not reflect all real estate activity in the market.

Santa Fe Association of Realtors, 2nd quarter sales stats indicate the total volume of real-estate sales has taken quite a drop since 2006, where 2008 sales volume was almost back to 2002 sales volume.

This means fewer buyers in the marketplace and pricing is negotiable.

This also means buyers are financially qualifying for less and banks requiring larger downpayments on home mortgages.

Timing for the astute Santa Fe real estate investor -

THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A BETTER TIME TO BUY IN SANTA FE.
