This Thanksgiving we have a lot to be thankful for in Santa Fe and America.

Thanks to family and friends in Santa Fe, who make every day an adventure.

Thanks for the awareness of life and spiritual in Santa Fe. Here you feel the moon, smell the weather,  escape to the woods, marvel at endless sunsets, share a brotherhood in community, become aware of life's fullness beyond the material.

Thanks to the citizens of Santa Fe, a very involved community that cares about all it's citizens. Thanks for the growing awareness we must improve our schools and graduation rates.

Thanks for new infrastructure: Railrunner Express Train to Albuquerque, renovated Railyard District, Santa Fe river restoration, bike paths and trail system.

Thanks for improved sales under $300,000 due to tax credit. Thanks for renewal of $8,000 first time buyer tax credit. Thanks for new tax credit for sellers who have lived in their homes 5 out of the last 8 yrs.

Thanks for the city and state balanced budget amendments. The City of Santa Fe budget deficits and New Mexico budget deficits will force governments to downsize and run more efficiently.
